Not been able to go out and spend time with friends and family is the hardest thing during this lockdown. Parents are struggling to keep up with the bills and ease the tension at home; kids are bored out of their minds. As they try to keep them connected to their school, friends, and other extra curriculum activities, it is essential to keep them connected to family too. Let them interact with grandpas and grandmas, uncles, and aunties and relatives.
There is no doubt that healthy food and nutrition are the foundation of living a fit and strong life for you and your baby, but for new moms, the emphasis is greater. Moms who are recovering from the stress of childbirth find it hard to keep up with their diet. It is essential to have enough energy to help your body to recover faster, provide milk for your baby, and be satisfied to take care of yourself and the baby.
Even in a situation where the older sibling knows mommy is bringing home a new baby, there is always the feeling of abandonment felt by the older child. As a mom, do not let your older one's attitude affect you, it is time for some one-on-one conversation.
