How can I change my email, home address or password?

Why is my order incomplete?
We try our very best to fulfil all the items in your order; however occasionally some items go out of stock and we may not be able to deliver it to you. In such cases, we refund the amount to your original mode of payment.
What do I do if my item is damaged?
Our babystore team is committed to delivering all your orders in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, please fill in the Returns Form by following the link below and your case will be processed at the earliest possible.Please click here to fill out our return form.
Can I book an item that is out of stock?
We continue to display out of stock items on our website, so that you may see the product details and specifications and you can click the "Notify Me" button to get a notification as soon as the order comes back in stock. You may also get in touch with our customer care team to find an alternate item.
How quickly can I return an item?
We want you to love all the items you order! However, if there is something you would like to return, we are all ears! We take back items within 7 calendar days of receipt, as long as it is unopened and still in its original condition and packaging.Please click here to fill out our return form.

What if I receive an item with manufacturing defect?
We try very hard to ensure all mommies and babies receive and love all their orders. However, if you come across a defective item, pls contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you resolve the issue with your defective item.
